What is OALFPE?

The Local Agency Formation and Self Employment Promotion Round is a body established by the Hon. City of Ronda in 1999, to provide more effective management of various municipal bodies devoted to local development and management of municipal policies for training and employment.

Among the goals O.A.L. would be the following:

• Develop Training for young people, according to the demands of the labor market.
• Promote and support the means at its disposal the implementation of corporate initiatives to ensure the future employment of youth.
• Coordinate human and material resources, in collaboration with other institutions and administrations are made available to advocacy and development of the area.
• Serve as a dynamic center of job creation is as agents of training, promotion and development.
• Promote vocational training, job placement and, in general, the economic development of the Ronda region.
